Login problems

Hello, I can't sign in to my account although I know the password. Does it have anything to do with changing location from Denmark to Lebanon? Because it worked well when I was in Denmark, where I created the account. Any help? 🙂

I had the same problem after moving from Canada to KSA. When I updated my profile (address) , It didn't accept the changes. I had to put a Canadian zip code , then the account worked pretty well. The new issue now is that it does not allow me to login (seems it can detect my current location), then I have to reset my password every time I try to login, ,,, but still can't transact

I don't know if anyone had solved this before?
