Login problem

Hi

Cannot login - wont accept password.  When I try to change it - it says that I have to give a mobile number.  That is the problem I am in my late 70s live on my own and just havent got a mobile.  I just have a landline.  Have tried the telephone option they have given me a code to put in when they ring and have tried this about 20 times but it just cuts me off and says try again later.  So just cannot change the password that I know is correct anyway.  Help.
