Hi guys! My friend forgot his paypal password but he couldn't do anything about retrieving it since the process needs his old phone number. We tried to the use help link or call us option but both require you to login. It doesn't make sense at all. He still have his email address in him, its just he doesn't have his old phone number. Is there any workaround for this kind of problem? Please help.
