Login circle of errors

When I login I get an error message that says the is a problem with my account. Pleas correct this error. I press on the fix it button an am taken to the Sam error screen a 2nd time, then same thing a third time. Never ending circle of logins. 

What gives?

Also, make sure to have a better internet connection when accessing your PayPal account. I would highly suggest to log in to your account thru the website.
