Very annoyed... i tried to login ti my account and get the confirmation text sent to my ohone but no luck. I moved to Japan and changed to my new phone number and it worked fine for a few days but now im not getting texts. I spent a few hours talking with operators only to find out theres nothing they can do. I was told to call a uk operator. I waited on hold for 20 minutes with no answer and im not wasting any more money. Now i cant even login to change my number or anything This is ridiculous. The operator said i cant change to a japanese number but i did and it worked fine so whats the issue?? Also u expect me to use my uk phone and pay each time i login to receive your texts?? Insane.
