Hi, I've forgotten my password to my old account and I've had a payment sent to it, problem is I no longer have the card or mobile number I had when I first created that account, is there a way to get into it or have I lost that money? I clicked email to get verification code but it asked for a second way too and number and card are the only 2 other options

If you're located in the US, we will have an additional way to verify your information if you want to reach out to our phone support team. You can obtain our number by going to the 'Contact' section at the bottom of the PayPal webpage. Make sure to continue as a guest as you won't be able to sign in. If you are located in another country, the easiest way to resolve this would be to reach out to the bank that had this card to request the last four numbers of the card. You can then contact us so we can help you with a password reset.
