So my mom is almost 70 years old and is in a wheelchair w/ an undiagnosed neurological disease. All that said, she is still very sharp and pretty tech savvy. However. She has gotten locked out of her account, which still has 1600 dollars she was trying to send to me for the purchase of a vehicle. I have tried numerous times to contact PayPal with no success as well as triedunlocki g her account for her. We know her email and password but she can't remember her security question answers. Please help. At this point we just want the money returned to her funding account as she has transferred another 1600 directly to my personal bank acct. PLEASE HELP!!!!!! thank you
