How do you log into an account if you forgot your password, the telephone number used is not long valid, and you've forgotten your security questions?... Trust me it's a vicious circle I've found my self in ~ to make it worse - I am unable to contact PayPal customer service via the telephone, and I've had no response from the web messaging system. I've created a different account with an old email address however once I put my debit card in I get a message that it's attached to another account!
