Hi good day Pal! I have a big problem, I can't able to logged in my other account. When I'm trying to logged in my account it shows I need to change my password for security purposes. But when I tried to change my password and undergo email verification I passed it, but they still asking me for SMS verification. Unfortunately I can't able to receive the SMS code because the phone number that is link to my account is lost for a long time. Now I can't logged in my account because of that. I seek for help in customer service but they said, they can't change password for me. Also they said they going to close my account. And then I asked them to transfer my funds in my husband account but they didn't transfer it. Now, what will I do?
