So I have another account I had to make this one to get help. I don't remember my password so I get the code sent to my email but then it wants to send second code to a number I no longer have. So I am running in circles trying to get in my account

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing difficulties when trying to access your PayPal account. If you are unable to recover your password through the PayPal website, you would need to reach out to our customer service team directly and we can help.
This can be done by clicking the 'Help & Contact' icon at the bottom of any PayPal webpage. From here, you can then click the 'Call Us' option. If no number shows on the next page, please click the 'Call as a guest' option to be provided with the best number to call us on.
