Hi all
My wifes account is really stuck and she has sold a couple of things on ebay and the (small amount of) money is sitting inaccessible. We still know the email used but the password isnt what my wife remembers. The phone number looks right but her mobile never receives a code to help log in. Also the card associated with the account must have expired because none of the long card numbers seem to work. We have the UK bank codes (sort and account numbers)
When we call up you cant reach anyone! Even the online message centre never seems to reply
