I have 2 PayPal accounts. 1 I can log into with no problems.the other is an old account but has been used recently to buy something. When I try and log in using email address it's says wrong info so pressed change password and it then says there's an error..it's driving me crazy please help!someone,anyone?
You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter? You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages. It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.
