I just created this paypal account.I had troubles with my old one,I can't log in.It is giving me an error "Sorry,we can't confirm it's you" I already tried different ways like forget email,forget/create new password,I'm not a robot but its the same error.And now it's telling me "we're unable to log you in".I hope someone here can help me because I still have funds there.
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
