Log in issue

Hello, i need help with logging in. I reported transactions that i did not authorise. It was xbox live payments but i dont even own an xbox. Paypal said it was not fraud and it was genuine and everytime i log in now it asks me for security and i put my answers on the questions but it still asks me to call or text me, however i have changed my number and forgot to change it here so i am now unable to get the text or call to comfirm my identity. How can i get my account back? Thanks
