Hey guys I’m trying to login, however it keeps on saying we couldn’t confirm it’s you. For some reason I can’t reset my password as well. What do I do? Thank you in advance

Hi @merunde ! System may also trigger if your logging in using a different device or if your currently away from your registered address. If none of these things apply, try logging in using a web browser (firefox, safari, chrome) once you've logged in to our paypal website, the system may trigger to run some authentication steps. Just answer them correctly and you should be able to log-in. Hope this helps!
