I had to make this account because im obviously locked out of my actual, I have been locked out, i can no longer use my email to verify, it says add phone to account, but a phone is linked and verified to my account, i cant log in what so ever, phone support is non-existent text support is the same, please anyone know how to fix this, a lovely time for paypal to lock me out when i have bills to pay.
