Never changed my old email address or mobile number on account. Can’t remember password. Used my PayPal a few times lately but they froze the account for some reason. I want my money . What can I do. Thanks. Can’t login to ask them. Phone lines don’t seem to work. if anyone can help thanks.
Paypal phones are mostly non operational since covid but sometimes you get lucky. If there is one available it will show when you click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available in your country. Live chat is also randomly available.
