Hi, I got locked out of my PayPal account and I created this new one as I cant access the service contact otherwise. Here is what happened:
I created that PayPal account through a merchant website when trying to purchase a product and I indicated a wrong phone number. I also completed a credit card information that I want t to remove from there, as it does not allow me to link the same credit card to this new PayPal account. Now I cannot access the recovery page to go to my account as I cannot receive a text message and it does not even suggest an option to recover the account through email.
PLEASE help, either to recover the password and access the account OR please let me know if there are any ways to close that account at all without accessing it
