help, i'm locked out of my primary account, i've done a dumb mistake, i removed the cards and i can't call paypal. however, when i try to sign in on my computer i can't sign in and it says that i need to contact PayPal. when i try to reset the password, it won't work. i'm not even from the US. i'm still signed on my phone though (the app). and i can add the card, but it's linked to another account which i never linked to.
