Locked out of account

So I had 2 disputed transactions, I didn't change my password when prompted. I then logged back in and they wanted me to verify my credit card number, I used that number back in 2014 when I opened my PayPal, I have no idea what the number is now!! I've tried everything to try contact someone at PayPal but I'm given numbers that can't be dialled from South Africa. Does anyone have an active email address I can use to contact them
