The phone number on my account is my former phone so when I've tried to log in the verification code has been sent to that with no other alternative. I've now been locked out. When I've tried to message PayPal I cant as I'm locked out and when I try to call, after entering info, the line is cut off. I've tried all of the help suggestions to no avail.
