I have a second account I created YEARS ago that I cannot access. I recently had someone send money there but now I CANNOT get in. I tried the reset password but it only gave me the option to text a code (not email or Facebook messenger). That phone number has not been mine for YEARS. But not it doesn't even let me try anymore from so many attempts. I tried calling the customer service line but it hangs up on me. I tried the messaging but they said I have to have the account holder give me access. I tried explaining multiple times its my email that I use everyday and only I have access to so I am the account holder.
Can someone please give me another idea to get in! Please!
