Locked out of account because of no mobile phone

I finally got an answer from Nathan Angelo in PP tech support as to why can't I log into my account without a mobile phone. Nathan said,

"We need to text you for security reasons." 

I replied, "You can't text me as I have not cell phone, duh."

So PP is shutting millions of people out of their account, without access to their money, because they don't have cell phones and cannot be texted. Looks like a good class action law suit coming upl

did you get an email saying  you cant use PP anymore?

Email from Nathan Albano  said he had to verify account with text message. But how does one get a text message without a mobile phone?
