Hi, i write for my sister who opened an account a few days ago. This is on paypal brazil by the way. She did not attend that an alert was requesting to confirm account sendind a document photo. She did link successfully her card and bank account but thi week she realised her account was canceled. The problem is that she cannot sort the issue as there is no link to solve this issue, and paypal also does not let her close the accounts. On other hand she can't unlink the card and bank account. Paypal service center im Brazil is not answering phone center and she cannot contact someone, and the help desk automatic does not provide the solution. He need is to either solve the pending action to confirm the account or close the account.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
