Loading up paypal credit

good day guys,

I've been searching for sometime now to load cash from my credit card to my paypal account to make a lump sum payment to a vendor. So far I've tried everything I saw online but I'm not sure if it's a regional thing. Could anyone assist me with this matter please. Thank you.

Sadly you can't add funds to a paypal balance in your country, but why do you need to?

When you pay a vendor paypal will automatically take payment from any linked and confirmed credit card visa on your paypal account.
