I emailed my issue to support. I was told to log in, click contact us at the bottom of the page, choose the topic and sub topic the best matches my problem, and then click message us at the bottom of the page (no longer have my old phone number and cant verify my account to log in that now has money in it. so i set up a new account just to get here)....well i go to the bottom of the page and there is only "resolution centre", "email" and "call us"....email got me to where i am now, i cant call us because every time i spend 4 minutes dialing pay pal they all of a sudden say they cant take my call.
