[Hoezmad]

I have the mail for the paypal account but when i press forgot passwordi have to verify it.when i verify my mail i have to veryfi questions or phone number.i dont remember the question awnsers and the phone nuber is lost.How can i get my paypal account back i have the mail.

For assistance with this, please contact customer service as Guest, since you’re locked out of your account:

1. Log on 
2. Click HELP at the top menu
3. Scroll down and click CONTACT US
4. Scroll down to click CALL US 
5. Click PayPal Guest option

Please do not be logged on to any account when accessing the guest option as PayPal won’t discuss an account through another account.
