Linking my son's credit card to my Paypal account

I am in Canada and my son is currently working in the US. He has given me permission to link his US credit card to my Paypal account so that I can make payments in US dollars without having to pay conversion fees.

I entered the card info but when it goes to the Billing address section, it only gives me a Canadian address option to fill in.

Is there a way to enter a US address?

Nope, the billing address has to match the paypal account address.
