I'm trying to link my bank account but it says that my IBAN is already linked to an account. I have other accounts that I made before I became an adult and have checked them and they are not linked to the IBAN.
So you broke paypal rules by opening underage accounts and then broke paypal rules again by having more than 1 paypal account of the same type and probably more than the maximum of 2 accounts allowed ( 1 has to be business ).
So now you can't add your bank account anymore as you can only add it x3 times to 'any' paypal account in that banks lifetime.
