It is impossible to transfert money to an account bank in my country. So I would like to know if Is it possible to receive money from y e store in my paypal account while I am opening an bank account in another country?
1. Difficult to advise as you haven't said what country you are in.
2. Paypal is country specific so you have to open a paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.
