I am trying to link my bank account but when I put in my information, PayPal asks me for a phone number to help confirm my identity/details. When I put in my phone number, I get an error. PayPal will not accept the number because it isnt registered to my name. I have no way to link my bank account. I cant find a way to contact paypal via email or chat either. please help
