My checking account was hacked and now I have a new account number. I'm trying to link to the new account, but PayPal keeps saying it doesn't recognize the device I'm using. I keep entering codes and keep getting the same message.
I can't pay my PayPal bill if I can't link to this new account and it certainly will curtail my spending abilities.
