Linking Bank Account

I am having trouble linking my Woodforest Bank account to my PayPal. When the option to provide my phone number to confirm it's me shows up, it goes back to the previous page and doesn't accept my number at all. It is indeed, the number I have on my account. What do I do? Please help.
