I've recently moved to Taiwan from the US due to COVID and created a new Paypal account based in Taiwan because I wanted to change my shipping address to my current one in Taiwan. I unlinked my bank account from my US account and am currently trying to link it to my new one. But Paypal keeps giving me "Sorry, we can’t link your bank account right now." Anyone know how to fix this?
