Hello.
I reside in Trinidad [part of the Caribbean], I am trying to link my Scotiabank account to paypal, however I an unsuccessful even though my information is correct. How can I be able to link the account?

You can't add a local bank account in your country.
You can only link a card.
The only exception is Paypal allow a U.S bank account to be linked to most countries paypal accounts. This is because Paypal is a U.S company.
You need to read this policy as you are in 1 of the affected countries.
