For clarification, are you trying to verify your identity for a payment? Typically, we send a text message during checkout to verify your login. If you're not receiving this text, you may need to ensure your phone number is correct on your account, and make sure your phone can receive SMS messages from six-digit numbers (this is sometimes blocked by phone providers such as T-Mobile).
