Hi! My bank recently changed my bank account number. I have been trying to link this new account number for the last 2 weeks (and yes i write the right numbers at the right place) but Paypal won't let me link it. It always say "Sorry - your last action could not be completed". No mather what i try, i always end with this. When i ask for help, they want to have more informations about me but i can not write a word before it says "Sorry-We could not confirm it's you". I didn't have the chance to write a single information!!!!!! So what's wrong??? Help please!
