Link a bank

hello, 

I'm trying to link my PayPal with Payoneer account - Community Federal Savings Bank, and the result is: 

"Sorry, we’re unable to link that bank because it is disabled. Please try another bank"

what should I do? I need to link it with each other !

Paypal does not support payoneer, you can sometimes add an account but it won't work properly and paypal advise you against trying.
