My financial institution changed their name months ago so when I try to instantly confirm my bank it still shows the old bank name. I am still able to login and answer the security questions but it keeps saying something went wrong try again later. I called my bank and reset my questions just incase I was answering them incorrectly. I tried calling the PayPal support number and was told they could not help me over the phone and to message them instead but that too did not work because I'm texting a computer and it just wants to walk me through the process of linking my bank. Any thought or ideas?
