Thank you but to make sure, I do already have the pay pal plus cash account and have a paypal Mastercard linked but it's got some hold wont transfer and I cant reach anyone

Thank you! I have the PayPal plus, and the Prepaid card, it's always worked fine until I need it the most of course. I have money on my paypal plus balance but it shut everything down and I cant sendnit, or transfer it from the paypal prepaid. No answers still 9 hours later... just very very concerned and if I close my account it says I'm forfeiting my money.
