Hi everyone,
My Paypal account is currently limited. I tried to resolve it, but it said "can't use PayPal anymore" and that they "no longer offer you PayPal services." So I would like to delete my account, and I cannot even do that. I cannot remove my bank account from that Paypal account either.
Does anyone have any helpful tips or ideas on what to do?
Thank you!

Paypal limits your account to stop you closing it or removing any linked financial sources on it.
This is to stop you trying to open up another account with that information.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
