I have a Paypal account for my business and a couple of my suppliers like being paid by Paypal. Is it possible to set a user for my staff and only allow them to pay to the 2 or 3 accounts I setup rather than giving them access to pay virtually anyone?
The Choose Permissions page seems to allow them to pay pretty much anyone bar a few exceptions.
