Hi! I am trying to update my legal full name on PayPal as I stupidly set it up with a sort of nickname back in 2014 when I hardly used it. I’ve sent on my documents a few days ago but nothing has happened.
Now I’m being asked to confirm my information due to increased activity (I’m receiving money for a charity event) but the old name is still there. There's also no way to contact customer service on the website. Is there someway to move this along? any suggestions?
