I tried to go to wallet on paypal.com USA and tried to link up the US bank such as discover bank
it jumps to discover bank page and ask to login and password, then i put it login and password
and SMS verification, then put it verify code, it said "Invalid security information"
Please re-enter your code or visit discover bank to verify your details
Be sure to confirm your entry as futher incorect attempts in the
current session may lock your bank account.
What happen?
then i tried to link your bank another way
by putting routing number and check account number,
it said "Sorry, we can’t link your bank account right now."
What happen? please check and how to resolve it ?
