Keywords of product or service

Hello, 

I'm facing a problem related to my (would-be) business account. I keep on getting reminders to provide data on the type of business I'm engaged in but when I type ANY letter in the "keywords of product or service" field, I get a message saying "sorry, there's no match". I have already written to PayPal customer service but I haven't received any answer. Has anybody a solution for this issue?

Thank you for contacting the PayPal Community Forum and welcome as a new member!

There should be a drop-down available for this section and you will be asked to select the closest topic to match the types of items/services you are receiving funds for.

Thank you Siobhan, but there's no drop-down menu 😞 At the type of enterprise, yes there is, but not at the type of product/service 😞 

I got a reminder again and I tried all letters, numbers but none of them is working.
