Its possible restore account what you delete

Story is like. Someone get in my account and start spending money.

First thing i did was delete account. Now want get my account back

It’s not possible to reopen an account once it has been closed but you can sign up for a new account instead.

You may have to call PayPal to remove your financial info from your old account if you didn't when you close it and run into problems adding financial information to your new account.
