Issues with name change after PayPal support misstake. Now limited account.

Hi!

 

Many years ago I had a very lengthy process of chaning my name on my PayPal account. In the end the staff incorrectly changed my name, putting my middle name as my last name. Back then I thought "to hell with it, good enough" however now I am in the position where my account is limited and my request to unlock it has been denied since the last name is not the same. 

 

I have sent in another request to simply add my lastname and I was wondering if any of you have been through a similar process?

 

Sadly creating a new account is not a viable resolution for me and I was hoping to maybe get some tips from some of you who might have been in the same seat.
