Issues trying to change account name

Hi, I set up a business PayPal account and mistakenly used the business name as the contact name.

PayPal have requested identification of the contact name 'Dexter Racing', which I cannot supply as it is the business name and my business doesn't have a passport or drivers license 🙂

I have tried to change the name while uploading the correct documents. Those being a Photo ID of myself, a letter on company stationary explaining the situation and reason for the change, and a PayPal letter of authorization form that I have printed and filled in fully

My account limitations have yet to be cleared however, and I do not know what else PayPal need from me

Nothing else you can do at this point but wait for PayPal's answer. Have you called customer service and let them know what happened?
