Issues linking card

First off I've had nothing but issues with my PayPal account frustrating. So recently lost a mobile device along with email addresses and other accounts so I must have had another PayPal account linked to one of them emails that I lost and now it's saying that this my bank card is already linked to a PayPal account is there a way I can resolve this without getting a new card from my bank?

You are only allowed x2 paypal accounts if x1 is personal and the other x1 is business, if you have 2 of the same type you risk them both being limited. 

So if you have other accounts contact customer services and ask them to help you regain access to them and remove any linked cards.


Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...

1. Paypal phones are slowly re-opening and increasing in numbers (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
