Hello, I'm currently in a situation which I'm not sure what to do to start sending and recieving money on my Paypal account. First they told me to give them my SSN, and a proof of identity, but after sending them my driver's permit, (using the other option as a proof of identity), they told me they couldn't verify my account info. I recently messaged me them about the situation, and I'm not really sure what to expect next. With me, having strict parents, my own documents to identify me are hidden from my mom and it's really hard to show other proofs of identity, except of course, my driver's permit. As of today, a few months ago I turned 18, and my mom still didn't give me my money back so I don't know how I would be able to contact them by phone.
